Refund Policy — hiithere

1. Subscription Model

hiithere offers a monthly paid subscription that unlocks features like Profile Boost (increased visibility to more users) and Super Like. There is no coin or credit-based system.

2. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews every month via auto-pay, until you cancel it. You will be notified before each renewal charge as per applicable payment regulations. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account settings or your payment app (UPI/bank) — cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle.

3. No Trial Period

We do not offer a free trial for the subscription. Please review the features carefully before subscribing.

4. Refund Policy

As a general rule, payments made for hiithere subscriptions, Profile Boost, or Super Like are non-refundable. Since these are digital services activated immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, reduced usage, or dissatisfaction with results (such as fewer matches than expected).

Exceptions — refund may be considered in these cases:

• You were charged but the subscription/feature was never activated due to a technical error on our end
• You were charged more than once for the same transaction (duplicate payment)
• Unauthorized payment was made from your account (subject to verification)

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at hiithere54@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, with your payment reference ID. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days via Razorpay.

5. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current active period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. App Store Billing

If your subscription was purchased through Google Play or the App Store, their respective refund policies may also apply, independent of this policy.
