Terms and Conditions — hiithere

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using hiithere ("the App", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use hiithere. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be terminated immediately without notice.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during signup, including name, age, date of birth, phone number, and email.
• You must complete selfie verification to activate your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
• One person may maintain only one active account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create fake profiles or impersonate another person
• Upload content that is obscene, harassing, hateful, or illegal
• Use the app for commercial solicitation, spam, or promotion of unrelated services
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share another user's personal information without their consent
• Attempt to bypass verification, security, or payment systems

Violation of these terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, at our discretion.

5. Subscription & Payments

• hiithere offers a monthly paid subscription unlocking features such as Profile Boost and Super Like.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via auto-pay until cancelled.
• All payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Location & Matching

• The App uses your location to show you relevant profiles nearby.
• Precise location is used only when you attempt to match; other users see only your approximate distance, not your exact location.
• Match recommendations are algorithm-based and we do not guarantee compatibility or relationship outcomes.

7. User Content & Ownership

• You retain ownership of the photos, bio, and content you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant hiithere a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content within the app for the purpose of operating the matching service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you post.

8. Safety & User Responsibility

Meeting other users, whether through chat or in person, is at your own risk and discretion. hiithere is not responsible for the conduct of any user. Please refer to our Disclaimer for detailed safety guidance.

9. Reporting & Moderation

Users can report or block other users. We may review reported content and suspend or remove accounts engaging in irresponsible, unsafe, or policy-violating behavior, at our sole discretion.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice, especially in cases involving safety, fraud, or harassment.
• Upon deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The hiithere name, logo, app design, and all related branding are the property of hiithere and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

The App integrates third-party services including Razorpay (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Google/Meta (analytics). We are not liable for issues arising from these third-party services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hiithere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including emotional distress, financial loss, or harm arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
